eye_exerciseFacial exercises should be done once a day, but you could scale down to three times a week. Some people report that minor spots appear after starting facial exercises, and yes, it is normal.

Because the skin produces its natural oils and lubricants and a minor spots may appear when beginning facial exercises, until the skin is functioning rationally and correctly again. Skin cells get lazy and stagnate, but with right exercises these cells are once again activated to work with renovated vigor.

Eye Exercises

1. Gently strengthen the muscles of the eyes by pressing two fingers on each side of your head at the temples while opening and closing your eyes quickly. Repeat this 5 times.

2. Sit upright with your eyes closed and relaxed. First look down and then look up as far as possible, but don’t forget that your eyes must be closed the whole time. Repeat the exercise nearly 10 times.

3. Sit upright with your eyes closed and relaxed. Lift your eyebrows and stretch your eyelids down as far as possible with keeping your eyes closed. Stay in this position for 5 seconds, relax and repeat 5 times.

4. Sit upright, look straight ahead with your eyes open. First, look up then down, while keeping your head motionless. Repeat this10 times. Take a rest for several seconds. Then look left and right - repeat 10 times.

Forehead Exercises

1. Frown as much as you can and try to bring your eyebrows over your eyes while pulling the eyebrows toward one another. Then lift your eyebrows as far as possible while opening your eyes as far as possible. Repeat 5 times.

2. Lie on your bed, hang over your head the edge facing the ceiling. Lift your eyebrows as high as you can, keep your eyes opening very wide. Relax and then repeat 10 times.

3. Sit upright facing forward; bring your eyebrows down over your eyes, at the same time wrinkle your nose as far up as you can while flaring your nostrils. Keep this for about10 seconds, relax and then repeat 5 times.
