Exercises for Lips
1. Sit upright, look forward and purse your lips. Move your pursed lips towards your nose and keep this for about 5 seconds. Take some rest and repeat this exercise 5 times.
2. Pucker your lips. Then try to bring the corner of your mouth together as close as you can. Hold lips in this posture for about 5 seconds. Take some rest and repeat 5 times.
3. Sit upright, look forward and keep your teeth together and lips closed. Try to smile as widely as you can, but don’t open your lips. Hold this posture for about 5 seconds. Take some rest. Then pucker your lips in a pointed kiss. Hold this pose for 5 seconds. Then take some rest and repeat 5 times.
4. Make a puckered kiss with your lips. While relaxing the kiss keep your lips together and curl them into your mouth across your teeth. Stay in this position for about 5 seconds. Repeat this 10 times.
5. Open your lips broadly and pucker those outwards. While this try to move your puckered top lip toward your nose. Stay in this posture for about 10 seconds. Take a rest and repeat 5 times.
Exercise for Cheeks
1. Close and relax your lips. Pout and pucker your lips with the help of cheek muscles. With your finger feel that you are using your cheek muscles. Keep this position for about 10 seconds. Have a rest and repeat 10 times.
2. Take your lips closed while smiling. Then suck your lips in your cheeks towards and on to your teeth. Keep there for 10 seconds, relax and repeat 10 times.
3. Stand in front of the mirror. Pout your top lip, turn the corners of your lips upwards, then move your cheek muscles toward your eyes. Hold this posture for about 10 seconds. Relax and repeat 5 times.
4. Stand in front of the mirror. Keep your lips closed and your mouth corners turned up. Try to smile in this posture as widely as you can. Make efforts to touch your ears with your mouth corners. Then corrugate your nose and see your cheek muscles move upwards and feel this muscle work. Hold there for 5 seconds. Take some rest and repeat 10 times.
5. Close your teeth and lips, blow air under your top lip and hold it there for 10 seconds. Then remove this air to your left cheek, hold for 10 seconds; to your lower lip, hold for 10, and then to your right cheek, hold it also for 10 seconds. Relax and repeat 5 times.
