Specialists use equipments that can ensure that your pores are clean and dirt free. However, you must not be lazy and do deep cleansing regularly at home, once a week.
You should never go under the sun without using a sunscreen that protects you from UVB and UVA rays. If you go under the sun sometimes cross the streets to buy something or to a bus stop, you need SPF protection of 15-20. If you are in the sun most of the time, you need higher SPF of about 50-80. It is very important to get a sun screen that is suitable for your skin.
